«Cheese N' Pear Salad»

50 g mixed lettuce
4 sliced radishes
4 sliced pears
40 g sliced ham
20 g cucumber
I chopped, cooked tomato
3 toasted walnuts (pieces)
40 g mature São Miguel cheese
80 g olive oil
40 g vinegar
20 g mustard
10 g honey
Wash and disinfect lettuce Shred the lettuce leaves Finely slice the pear Finely slice the radishes Julienne the cucumber Roast the walnuts in the oven Slice the cheese Cut the tomato into four, season with salt and olive oil and roast in the oven at 80ªC for one hour Place the olive oil, vinegar, mustard and honey in a bowl and blend until emulsified.

Dress the salad leaves and arrange on the plate. Decoratively arrange the remaining ingredients, adding the sliced cheese last of all.
